I have had experience of working with a few localmaid cleaners in the past, but she needs to work on her time management and overall work quality. The job was for 4.5 hours, for an apartment with two bedrooms and 2 baths, and she couldn't finish even one room in the time allotted. I gave her 2 hours extra but still I had to do one room myself. The place wasn't so bad to begin with, but even after the 6.5 hours of job, the dust could be seen at places. I won't hire her again.
