I will be real and true on my work and word when it comes to cleaning and how long it will take depending on the clean once I do a walk through on your abode.

We had one hell of an experience with this company. Not only was the cleaner rude he was beyond unprofessional. We booked in advance 3 days prior to the appointed time. 7:30 am.
We were moving and needed the place scrubbed down before the new tenants took over.

The night before the appointment the cleaner texted my wife asking if he could come at noon and to which I responded no I’m sorry we really need you to come in the am so we don’t get a charge for not being out of the place by noon.
He said he couldn’t, offered no compensation and was rude. Not even a phone call.
I said be there for noon because we need you but I am expecting it to be immaculate and we need you clear of the apartment by 3:30.
Not only does he not show up until 1:30 he’s complaining that it’s dirty and will take a while, I’m like yea man we booked you for four hours but obviously that didn’t work out so let’s get to it.

I emailed the company to let them know what was going on and I provided screen shots of emails that had been going back and forth. They claimed he tried to message us earlier but there was nothing. There was an email at 6:45 and then a text the night before. Nothing said he would have to reschedule or would have to come at noon until 10 hours before the appointment. On there website they ask you for atleast 24 hours notice before a cancellation, screw me right for wanting the same respect.

Not only that after everything they offered a 20 dollar voucher and said they could do nothing else.

I don’t want anyone to go through what we did, they made a stressful situation even more so and I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy.

update: he texed my wife calling her a Cu**. Classy place you operate.

Im backkkkk booking clients. It has been a difficult last 5 months, caregiving for my Mom. (93). Very pleasurable but still a little tough. We have moved her and now I am able to wirk full time again. I will not be cancelling appts. Last minute. PLS feel free to book with me 😊😊😊😊😊😊

I was in a bind, as my current cleaning staff was unable to clean my condo last minute, so I called Local Maid and Navid the owner returned my message right away. He dispatched Angela the same day who came out last minute and worked in the evening from 6:30pm to 10:30 after working a full day! She got it ready for guests arriving the next day!
They have already texted me to say the place looks great!

I am looking for your search bar so that I can search a specific cleaner's reviews but can't seem to find same. Is it only 6 cleaners you have that come to the Westside ? I wanted to search their reviews to see which one to go with but ended up going with the one with the most reviews on your website but feel a little nervous as I know she may end up having to cancel as her mom is unwell. Am I missing something ?

I am posting to say..... PLS PLS PLS don't book me if you are a new client. Not for the time being. I am looking after my elderly Mom who has recently had a bad fall. I can work very minimal AND may have to cancel last minute. I am currently waiting to place her in a carehome BUT until then I can only work 2 hours a day a couple of days a week. I am so sorry for any missed appointments AND this should NOT reflect Local Maid they are the BEST TEAM in the world!!! PLS dont question their integrity!

I am sorry I have not shared this to my clients. I have been extremely busy with caregiving for my 93 year old Mom. She is great BUT cant be home alone for hours at a time. If I DO have to cancel the day of I am so sorry. My Mom comes first and not to neglect anyone BUT some days are just not predicted. I will always try to make my commitements BUT pls forgive me if I have to re-schedule. Sincerely, Marianka

First of all, what a pleasure it was to meet Marianka! She is so easy going and fun to have in our home. Her attention to detail was wonderful. I've honestly never had anyone hand wash the corner of the floors and along the edges and baseboards. This is exactly what I was looking for! A girl after my own heart.:) Thank you so very much!
