First of all, what a pleasure it was to meet Marianka! She is so easy going and fun to have in our home. Her attention to detail was wonderful. I've honestly never had anyone hand wash the corner of the floors and along the edges and baseboards. This is exactly what I was looking for! A girl after my own heart.:) Thank you so very much! I hired Heather two times. The first time the clean was good but she took a long time to finish the tasks and the job didnt get finished. The second time was less good and she took even longer to clean which meant even less was done than the first time and it was not cleaned well. In fact after she left i had to vaccum all my carpets and in the floor corners. She had the audacitiy to leave 15 min early like i would not notice or something? Since her i have had great success finding excellent and efficient cleaners with this company.

I apologize to the clients I have to cancel today. I did go to the westside this morning and the people were NOT home. I tried to get back home, got stuck and had to call a tow truck. My winter tires go on on saturday. Again sorry for this BS snow!!!

I had the good fortune to meet Marianka today when she came to my home. She was very professional, efficient and friendly. Once she knew what was to be done she got right to it and then asked what else she could do. For a first time experience it was as good as it gets. Marianka is very personable and was a comfortable fit for my home I will now be using her services on a regular basis. I'm very happy with the results. It definitely exceeded my expectations.
