Cleaner was pleasant and amenable but I think inexperienced in domestic thorough cleaning. I did not expect a deep clean, which would have comprised of scrubbing and moving of heavy furniture, but I did expect the type of full cleaning that I would do myself if it weren’t for my mobility and balance issues. He had to be instructed and reminded on what and how to clean an item. And he would still forget. He also must have misunderstood my instructions for the bathroom because he neglected some areas.
Although cleaner was supposed to provide all supplies, he came without a vacuum cleaner. He used my vacuum cleaners and Swiffer duster and spray cleaners.
He also left a black stain on the edge of my white bedroom rug. He will be coming later today to remove the stain (hopefully).
